THE OWNER, AGENT OR OCCUPANT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $50.00 FOR INSPECTIONS. BILLING WILL BE SENT BY FIRST CLASS MAIL, IF NOT PAID WITHIN 30 DAY.
