THE OWNER, AGENT OR OCCUPANT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $50.00 FOR INSPECTIONS. BILLING WILL BE SENT BY FIRST CLASS MAIL, IF NOT PAID WITHIN 30 DAY. Parnall Road, Jackson, on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. the BLACKMAN CHARTER TOWNSHIP Board adopted Ordinance 130, Blackman Township Tax Exemption Ordinance Park Forest Apartments 2017 – an Ordinance to provide for a service charge in lieu of taxes for a housing project for low income persons and families, a portion of which is set aside for elderly persons of low income. The BLACKMAN CHARTER TOWNSHIP Board adopted Ordinance 129 to amend Ordinance 36, Article XI, Disorderly Persons, at their regular board meeting at the Township Hall, 1990 W. Parnall Road, Jackson, on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the proposed ordinance is to safeguard the health, well-being and welfare of the persons and property of the Charter Township of Blackman, to define offenses against persons and property, to provide penalties for committing offenses against persons or property in the Charter Township of Blackman and to repeal and replace Ordinance Numbers 39 and 71. PUBLIC NOTICE
The Blackman Charter Township Board will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed Township budget for fiscal year 2018 at the Township Office, 1990 West Parnall Road, Jackson, on Monday, December 18th at 6:00 p.m.
The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing. A copy of the proposed budget is available for public inspection at the Township Office during regular business hours.
