Our current On-LIne Payment Provider (Magic Wrighter) services have come to an end as of March 31, 206.
This date is effective for those that have previously reoccurring scheduled payments set up.
Magic Wirghter services are no longer available, effective immediately, for those attempting to schedule a new payment.

- Use the drop-down arrows to choose:
*Search: Utility Billing, By: Address (enter correct address here) - Click the search button at the end of the row
- Your address will appear. Click on the address (1) time
- Go down the page a little and on the right-hand side a pink box will appear
*Amount Due (in pink)
*Pay Now (enter your payment method here)
Online Payments:
You can use a checking or savings account, credit/debit cards.
There is a "Convenience Fee" charged to your payment method based on your payment amount.
**DISCLAIMER. All residents of Blackman Charter Township using this service should understand that Blackman Charter Township will not be responsible for the incorrect entry of account numbers by the payer.
**CONSUMER LIABILITY. If you believe your card and/or PIN has been lost or stolen or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without permission, call or write your credit card company. Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. You could lose all the money in your account (plus your maximum overdraft line of credit). If you believe your card and/or PIN has been lost or stolen, and you tell your credit card company within 2 business days after you learn of the loss or theft, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your card and/or PIN without your permission.

Option 1: We accept cash, checks and debit cards at the front counter.
Option 2: After hours please use the drop box on the drive through side of the building. (Checks and money orders only)
Option 3: Make a Payment at 5/3 Bank at 2707 Airport Rd. Jackson, MI, you must have your UB invoice.
